Villa Katarina is part of the Resort Čulina group, categorized with 5 stars. In its 375m2 can accommodate up to 14 people in 4 bedrooms (+ extra beds), of which 2 are located on the 1st floor of the villa and the other two on the 2nd floor. Each room is equipped with King size beds, a TV (180 channels with channels from 7 countries and up to 20 music channels), a walk-in wardrobe, a dressing table and a private bathroom inside each room. Each room has a private terrace with complete equipment for enjoyment, a table + chairs + umbrella with a beautiful panoramic sea view and access to the pool and garden with independent stairs. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a modern living room.

The ground floor also has a bathroom and is under the stairs. Each room of this beautiful villa features air conditioning. The ground floor through 3 glass rooftops is provided through the covered part of the terrace to the garden / sunbath. The covered terrace is divided into three parts, the first of which is the separate dining room behind the door, the other large dining table with chairs, so that you can enjoy the barbecue while you are at your disposal.

In the garden there is a beautiful mosaic pool (32m2) offering a breathtaking view of the sea. Surrounded by deck chairs and fully fenced with greenery.
